You can expect to receive 3-6 outstanding headshots from your order, and we'll let you view the full selection to choose your favorites. If you don't find 3-6 images that meet your standards, we'll offer to retrain the AI and create a new set for free. If the AI has not yet been trained, we'll gladly refund your full payment. However, due to the significant costs associated with AI training, refunds can only be granted under specific circumstances.
To qualify for a refund:
If your submitted images don't meet the quality requirements for optimal AI results, we reserve the right to deny a refund. In such cases, we may offer to regenerate the headshots and provide detailed guidance on ideal photo conditions.
AI-generated images may vary in quality. If you are satisfied with some of the headshots but not others, this does not qualify for a refund. It's normal for some images to better meet expectations than others.
Once you've downloaded, deleted, or saved your AI headshots, the order is considered final and no longer eligible for a refund.
To request a refund, email us at support [at] fotoria.com. Be sure to include the email address associated with your order. We'll review your request and respond within 1-3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Refunds cannot be redirected to alternative accounts.
